We are Dongguan Tongchang Prosper Footwear Co.,Ltd. Dongguan Tongchang belongs to Taiwan Nam Liong group. We are professional manufacturer in shoe, bag, hat, glove and garments materials. Moreover we can laminate both traditional and Hi-tech. The former includes fabric lined with EVA and PU foam etc. Besides fabric to fabric, fabric +membrane +fabric are in realm of the later.
Furthermore we are especially good at Hi-tech lamination that is used for shoes, gloves, hats, garments and so on. The material after Hi-tech laminated can be waterproof, windproof and water vapor permeable and breathable. Moreover to meet new green-protecting requirement of European Union, glue we now used is ˇ°non-solventˇ± that also is special and healthy.
The TPU membranes we usually use are low, medium and high tran***rent ones. Their thickness are 0.015mm, 0.02mm, 0.025mm, or thicker ones. And the fabrics laminated with TPU are widely used to make outdoor wears such as skiing wears, mountain-climbing wears, sealing wears and so on.
